Sunburst Registration/ Register Now, Pay Later

Hi Folks, Just a head's up.
Since I have implemented the "register now, pay later" aspect to The Sunburst Convention, we've had QUITE a number of registrations even though the convention is not until Labor Day weekend. We have limited the showcase spots to ONLY 60 this year. Total. That's it. However, we will have unlimited availability to attend for those not showcasing. We've never had this many to register so early, which is a good thing. However, I would recommend you register now if you THINK you might be coming. You can pay as late as July 31, 2017. Please make your hotel reservations as well. You can cancel up to 72 hours before check in. But get your registration in early to secure your spot. Singers get a 4 minute showcase. Comedians, (and politicians) get 5 minutes. Look Alikes get 2/two minute interviews (one on each day of the showcases). These are considered showcase spots. We are not conducive to live bands HOWEVER, we DO recommend that Tribute Bands attend and we can show your video of your band as your showcase.(Limit of 3 minutes) EVERYONE getting a "Full Access" or "No Showcase" ticket gets a promo table.
It's our 15th Anniversary. Last year, we SOLD OUT of seats and had standing room only for our Saturday Showcase. On May 1st, we'll be increasing registrations for a Saturday Showcase by $25. So if you want a Saturday showcase, register NOW to secure your spot.
Everyone asks "Which day is the best day to showcase?". To be honest, it's up to you. Generally, we have more "buyers" on the Friday showcase and more of the "General Public" on Saturdays. Most people prefer to showcase on Saturday. You get your promo table for both days. One rule: FIRST TIME ATTENDEES perform on Friday. Repeat attendees get their choice. (We do reserve the right to change the line up as needed.) And just like last year, EVERYONE who attends the showcases MUST leave through the promo room....and we route them so they have to pass by most every table.
A "No Showcase" ticket will get you EVERYTHING the convention offers, less the actual showcase.
If for some reason we do not sell out of all of the showcases, we do offer you to perform a second showcase for $75. Should it happen, we announce that just a couple of weeks before the convention.
